「世人哪,耶和華已指示你何為善。
他向你所要的是甚麼呢?
只要你行公義,好憐憫,
存謙卑的心,與你的神同行。」
-- 《彌迦書6:8》
As I ended my devotions tonight, I pray the prayer of Micah 6:8. And as I ended my prayer, I felt to turn to the place where this Scripture is, in Micah. My Bible was on Philippians chapter 4, where I had finished reading Philippians. I just randomly flipped backward into the Old Testament, then, lo and behold, it was exactly right on Micah 6:8. It's just a confirmation what God requires of me, and of everyone. Though I no longer do this flip-Scripture kind of thing for my faith, once in a blue moon, just once in a blue moon, God sees it fit. Really, once in a blue moon, what is the chance of flipping right into that exact page, not one page more or less? My Bible was a parellel Bible with two Chinese versions, I don't think the chance is very high at all.
"He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?"
Really do it is the point.
